Russia ready to implement tourism visa waiver MoU with Iran
Kermanshah, Aug 12, IRNA – Russia is ready to implement tourism visa waiver with Iran, Russian Envoy to Iran Levan Jagarian said.
Jagarian made the remarks in a meeting with Kermanshah officials on Saturday.
It is now easy for Iranians to attend Russian embassy and Russian consulate generals to get visa, he said.
During President Hassan Rouhani's tour to Iran, decisions have been made for tourists to travel to Russia without visa, but it has not yet been implemented, he added.
Jagarian went on to say that both countries have good cooperation in political, economic and military fields.
Being under the pressure of US, makes both countries to broaden their mutual cooperation.
