Germany, Italy to finance 2 steel projects in Iran
Tehran, Sept 13, IRNA – Germany and Italy are to finance projects for development of Hormuzgan and Mobarakeh steel projects.
Head of the Board of Governors of Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (IMIDRO) Mehdi Karbasian told reporters on Wednesday that agreements to that effect have been finalized and will be signed soon.
'For the time being, we have had good talks with the Chinese party and hope to have good news on foreign financing by the second half of the year,' he added.
He said among talks already held but proved almost negative was financing the project for processed stone in Tabass which is put on agenda under the support of government and the Ministry Economy and Finance.
