OIC Condemns Arish Attack in Egypt

13/10/2017- The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) condemned the attack that targeted a security checkpoint in Sinai’s Al-Arish, killing six Egyptian soldiers.

The OIC Secretary General, Dr. Yousef A. Al-Othaimeen, reaffirmed the OIC’s full support for the Arab Republic of Egypt in its counter-terrorism efforts and reemphasized its principled position rejecting all forms of terrorism whatever its sources.

The Secretary General offered his heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims, wishing speedy recovery to the wounded.
