TOBB begins work for domestic car
25.05.2017 / Ankara- TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, who responded affirmatively to the call of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan during the 73rd TOBB General Assembly, said that they took an important responsibility in his statement on the matter.
Hisarcıklıoğlu's statement is as follows:
“During the 73rd TOBB General Assembly yesterday, our President of the Republic of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, we took on an important responsibility in regards to domestic car production. As the Turkish private sector, we are fully convinced that we can undertake this job. We begin work immediately. Without losing time, we will meet with Faruk Özlü, our Minister of Science, Industry and Technology, tonight and we will draw a roadmap going forward.”
