Mashhad to host int'l food tourism exhibition

November 27, 2018 - An international food tourism exhibition begins today in the northeastern city of Mashhad, Khorasan Razavi Province, with the participation of businesspeople and economic advisers from 11 countries.

Organizer of the event, Arezou Rajabpour said that in the current edition, Iran has invited businesspeople and economic advisers from Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Benin, Turkey, Qatar, Iraq, Kuwait, Malaysia and Georgia, ISNA reported.

According to Rajabpour, the Food Tourism Exhibition will run until November 30. "We have invited commercial attachés of the participating countries," she said.

"50 exhibitors will also provide services during the exhibition," she added.

The event will be held at Mashhad's Homa Hotel.
