March 1, 2017 - Minister of Energy Noureddine Boutarfa has received, Tuesday in Algiers, Azerbaijani Ambassador to Algeria Meher Aliyev, with whom he discussed energy investment and partnership opportunities between the two countries, said the Ministry in a statement.
The two sides also discussed the evolution of oil markets and cooperation between the members of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) and non-OPEC oil producers, said the statement.
