Iran, Turkey to Set Up Permanent Center for Sharing Technology Experience

TEHRAN (FNA)- Iranian and Turkish industrial officials agreed to establish a permanent center for sharing technological experiences and expertise.

The agreement was made between the two sides at the second video conference meeting of the Joint Executive Committee held between Iran Small Industries and Industrial Parks Organization (ISIPO) and Small and Medium Industries Development organization (KOSGEB) of Turkey on Saturday.

During the video conference, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the organizations in charge of small and medium industries in Iran and Turkey.

The MoUS focuses on improving economic and trade cooperation and competitiveness of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in the world markets.

Iran's exports to Turkey reached $5.46 billion and the country's imports from Turkey hit $4.995 billion.
