Georgia, Kazakhstan trade turnover grows 39% in first seven months
AKIPress | October 10, 2017- Trade turnover between Georgia and Kazakhstan grew by 39.1% year-on-year in the first seven months of 2017.
The trade turnover totaled $32.4 million, as reported at the 9th meeting of Kazakh-Georgian intergovernmental commission for trade-economic relations held in Tbilisi last week.
Kazakh side was led by Minister for Investments and Development Jenis Kasymbek, the Georgian side - Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Georgi Gakharia.
During the meeting, the parties discussed cooperation in trade, investments, agriculture, transport, communications, IT, science, health care, tourism, e-commerce and other questions.
