The Parliament of Turkmenistan adopts the Law “On Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan”

8 March 2015- Turkmen parliament (Mejlis) considered and adopted the Law of Turkmenistan “On Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) of Turkmenistan”. This Law establishes the legal and economic framework for the activities of the CCI.

In addition to this, the mentioned Law defines the measures of state support for the activities of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan.

According to this, the implementation of great works on the development of export-oriented industries is planned in Turkmenistan.

The Chamber of Commerce is the social and economic organization that brings together enterprises, organizations, entrepreneurs and their associations, regardless of forms of property, and is designed to express and defend their interests, to promote the development of the national economy, trade, economic and scientific-technical relations with other states.

Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan represents the interests of its members and interacts with the state and its organs.
